Always enjoyed watching him race. He always gave Richard Petty a tough time. He will be missed.

I remember going to the races with my dad back in the 1960's and Junior Johnson was driving first a Chevrolet, and then a yellow Ford Galaxie with #27 on the doors and roof in red letters. Also, Holly Farms Poultry was his main sponsor and that was written in red on both rear quarters.
