Adam morrison is the best player in NCAA. you are sadly mistaken to even put reddick in the same category with him.

lol. morrison is good, but saying that reddick isnt in his category is brainless.

I'm guessing Morrison put on quite a performance against that Loyola Marymount juggernaut?

I can't stand JJ or Duke just like the rest of the World but that may be the dumbest thing I've heard all day. JJ is a hell of a college player. Adam is great but JJ is right there with him.

I'm no Duke fan, but JJ puts up points against solid ACC competition and not to discount Adam Morrison's greatness, but he is doing it against inferior competition.

Sorry but how many games have you guys seen Morrison play? idc what level the talent is, when you are being double and tripple teamed every play, draining 3's in peoples eyes as your literaly being tackled, and have the shot of larry bird, and dont forget he can pass, steal, and rebound almost better then anyone in the country. do you know how many points he would score if his supporting cast was josh McRoberts, shelden williams, greg paulus, and Lee Melchionni?? the guy would drop 60 a night. He is the greatest NCAA college basketball player I have ever seen....

2345 is right. Morrison is simply the better player overall because of his physical tools. Morrison will be an NBA star, and JJ will do what most Duke players do in the NBA. He will be a consitent contributor for about 5 years.

Plus you have to give coach K and Duke's supporting cast a little credit for Duke's success.

I wish I had a pencil thin mustache.

Greatest ever is a term that gets thrown around much too lightly. I do not disagree that he is a great player, but you said JJ Reddick isn't in his league and I was just pointing out that Reddick does it against better competition. Morrison probably does have a better future ahead of him as his is multi-dimensional whereas Reddick is a pure shooter and not much else.

but redick is not in his leauge. You can try to make a case for it, but redick is not in the same league. He doesny get tripple teamed every game and still get his 40 points... Morrison does. Its like trying to compare Jordan to Kobe, sure kobe is good, but he isnt in the same league as Jordan..

Reddick and Morrison are definitley in the same league... Though I would put Morrison ahead of Reddick for a couple reasons. Morrison does a bunch of other stuff too, he can be smart and distribute, grab plenty of boards because of his height, in addition to scoring in nearly every situation imaginable. Scoring from deep range, mid-rangers, driving the lane, cutting in from the side, with 1, 2 or even 3 defenders in his face.

And in an age when a team like UW-Millwaukie can hammer Bama and BC and make a nice run in the NCAA, and Wisconsin can lose a home game to North freakin' Dakota State, I don't buy into any great disparity. You can't really say the ACC is miles ahead of the WCC or any other conference for that matter.

West Coast Bias!!!!

Something funny about that. I lived in NC for redick's freshman year, and in florida for his sophmore and junior years. All I would see on tv was duke and how "great" he was. I have seen Morrison for 8 or 9 games this year, and I will have to say he just has everything. Theres a reason why everyone draws comparison to bird with morrison and thinks redick is a flop. just think though, Morrison IS only a junior...

I don't think Redick will be a flop. He's already shown consistent NBA range, and there is always a place in the bigs for a shooter.

Dude, just kidding, i think picking between the two is like picking between a Steak and a rack of Rendevouz Ribs....you really can't go wrong with eihter one...it just depends on what kind of mood you're in as to which one would be better!

I think Morrison is probably a better "all around" player. but Reddick is sure fire MONEY behind the arc, and his improvement in the driving game has made him much better all around.

Reddick has that killer instinct, he's just good. Morrison will beat you in ways you probably aren't ready for, at least that's the impression i get from what i've seen of him.

they're both very, very good. I was just more or less poking fun at the fact that a guy from Oregon is touting Morriosn as the best player in the land....have fun! Go Vols.
