never missed tennessee so much in my life. those ppl down their are crazy man. my wife is from there and she thinks it is the greatest place on earth. WRONG

15 hour drive just to get there. went through Alabama, mississippi, louisiana, then texas.

Alabama is a dump. enough said.

Mississippi is surprisingly nice. roads arent to bad. the hurricane damage is crazy though. in the southern part, everything is destroyed.

Louisiana is a dump too. roads are so bad i thought i was gonna get a flat tire. i dont know what they spend tax money one but it isnt the roads. and that place stinks horribly. the casinos are cool though.

and Houston is just crazy. it is 99% minority downthere. i was freaking out. and the way their roads are set up i was just lost.

but i had fun i guess. aint nowhere in the world like Tennessee though. glad to be back.

what did i miss?

The roads in Louisiana are legendary. It's been several years since I was over there and all I remember is constantly hearing ta-dump ta-dump ta-dump ta-dump ta-dump as I drove down the interstate.

we came into louisiana out of houston on I-10 and followed all the way through to slidell, then got on I-12 and went up mississippi.

it was pouring rain the whole time in la. it was awful

the roads were like this. thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump

my little girl got car sick like 3 times. i hate those roads.

and they have these signs up that shows how much tax money they get. they must blow it in the casion cause the roads SUCK

i did think about u la, while i was driving. i was wondering if u lived in the north or south part.

I lived on the southside of Slidell. It "stunk horribly" because of the hurricanes. The whole way through La along 10 was hit either from Katrina or Rita. That is the "hurricane smell". I have really had enough of it!!!
