I think it's the other way around. If you win you net $100. If you lose you lose $110
You've never been to Vegas. There is no "juice" on the loser in Vegas as the money is bet up front. In Vegas you bet up front...say UT +28 against Bama for $100. Your winning ticket is worth $190. Your losing ticket cost you the $100 you bet.
There is no way for the casino to go collect the juice on losers, so technically the winners pay it.
