The "sleep on it" trick didn't work for me. Why does anyone think a top tier coach or a Super Bowl winning coach would want to take this thing over? (Yes I know the answer is simply money) but man a team that gets blown out by Vandy and barely hangs with Troy/Akron. An atrocious defense that has injuries across the board going into next year. One of the most brutal schedules in all of football next year. A front office that can't seem to get it right. A team under probation yet again into 2015. I'm done with the argument we are better than we were when Dooley took over (yeah the depth has really helped us improve). I can't even name the last time something went right for us (the signing of CP?) Every year we get hyped full of delusion as people were saying 9-10 wins were almost a lock this year. I just dont want us all to get delusional with this coaching search too. Rant over thanks for letting me vent Volnation

Talent is not the problem. We have the talent. A coach will see that. Even if we lose Bray, Hunter, CP, Sentimore and Thomas, we still have talent.

This season was not tanked because of lack of ability. It was terrible coaching decisions that turned into mental mindset of losing.

Any coach who actually likes to coach and enjoys a challenge would enjoy the position.
