Ideally, I think the top ten would look like this:

1. LSU
2. Alabama
3. Arkansas
4. Stanford
5. Virginia Tech

With Boise and Houston just behind

My BCS Top 10 would be:
1. LSU
2. Alabama
3. Arkansas
4. Oklahoma State
5. Stanford
6. VT
7. Oregon
8. Boise State
9. South Carolina
10. Houston

Closely followed by:
Georgia
Oklahoma
Clemson

I credit Iowa State (6-4) but believe that they caught OSU flat after the second such tragedy (OSU Men's BB team) in recent times.
I credit USC (8-2) and although dominated for much of the game UO showed why it's a threat anytime it takes the field.
Of all the losses Clemson's strikes me as the worst...beaten handily (37-13) by a 5-5 NC State team.

You gotta have Stanford ahead of Okie Lite. Understandable why they may have been flat, but their loss was to a mediocre Iowa State while Stanford's loss was to Oregon.

Houston
Stanford
Virginia Tech (seriously guys, this team faced an awful schedule)

^Is Houston's any better than VT's?

Scratching my head here.

Same... I can't figure out why they're fifth in the AP ahead of VA Tech except that it's a pity party.

As for Houston, their schedule isn't any good, but at some point 13-0 will be 13-0 and they should get their shot in a major bowl.

Same as Boise a few years back :)
