Maybe!, but no, I work in Thailand as a pilot and the flight simulator is in Zhuhai. It is the largest complex of modern flight simulators in the world. The place looks like it could be from a James Bond flick.

Sikorsky S-76 helicopter. I fly for offshore oil and gas rigs and teach Thais so they can do it themselves in a nationalization program.

The way around it is to have a VPN. I have one, but it had grown to a point that the government there had found a way to block it. Gotrusted.com is one that works, but you have to have it loaded prior to arrival as you cannot download it there. For my iPhone, I have Photon, but it is a bit slow to say the least.

I'm not worried about it. I'll have a few PhD's in computer science to help me.
