Maybe a stupid question, but isn't it a metric that controls for weight? Say Blackmon had a dozen shots....for a bigger dude that would mean a BAC lower than .24, right?

Do I read that as "5 shots in 5 hours total" or "15 beers"? The 5 shots seems like it shouldn't even be over the legal limit. And 15 beers for his size sounds right for a 0.24.

Doesn't sound unreasonable to drink in the alotted time. Just incredibly stupid to drive. Every football team offers a program with drivers available 24/7 to avoid this.
