I would say Rick has a pretty good track record of hiring assistants. Gainey played at NC State and appears to have good connections in NC. Aidoo is from Charlotte and was going to Marquette.

I knew the new staff had reached out to him but didn’t know he’d made the decision to return for sure. Interesting.
