He's a true warrior- a gladiator. He played through pain for his team. I understand the pain of a ruptured muscle. You DON'T want to use that muscle. Your whole body breaks out in a cold sweat when you try to use it. I saw him on the sideline in agony from the pain of his injury. I also saw him go back onto the field anyway.

That one-armed man worried me the whole game. He was singlehandedly doing his damned best to will his team to win. Don't forget him when he's gone. There's not many people like him.

I'm proud of my Gators, no doubt, but I'm a Harrell fan now, and I hope he does excellent at the combine next year.

Thanks and I agree with the sentiment.

His presence in the game was probably a toss-up. He certainly added some motivation and good play but his injury showed up in the run game on more than one occassion where he couldn't wrap up or use the arm to slow the player.

Harrel showed a lot of heart last night...I wish the whole defense had as much as heart and guts as he showed last night, we'd be great

Watching the game, a healthy Harrell would have tore Florida's offensive line apart.

if he has a distal biceps rupture (tendon separates from the bone in the forearm) then there's not a lot of "pain" involved. I am currently recovering from the same injury (surgically repaired by Edwin Spencer of the Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic). my arm didn't hurt at all, but it was incredibly weak and lacked range of motion. of course, I wasn't getting hit all night long either.

still, Justin is to be admired for playing injured. It takes a lot of heart to do that and I hope that he's able to take that kind of work ethic on to the next level (where pampered players will sit out a game because of a hangnail).

I figure last night's game will make a few NFL teams remember the name Justin Harrell.

When you go see Dr. Spencer, make sure he knows that you were referred here by this guy. Hope you have a sweet commission percentage for drumming up business :)

well, if you'd like for me to edit out who my doctor is, I'll be happy to. I just believe in giving credit where credit is due.
