USC: Defensive coordinator Justin Wilcox has been dismissed, according to the LA Daily News. In addition, Sporting News’ Lisa Horne reports that defensive line coach Chris Wilson, defensive backs coach Keith Heyward and offensive line coach Bob Connelly also have been dismissed. The Daily News reports there has been some contact with 49ers inside linebackers coach Clancy Pendergast about a possible return to USC. More coming on CoachingSearch.com. USC: Clay Helton is making a number of changes to his coaching staff. Defensive coordinator Justin Wilcox, offensive line coach Bob Connelly, defensive backs coach Keith Hayward and defensive line coach Chris Wilson have been let go according to multiple reports. Tee Martin, Marques Tuiasasopo and Peter Sirmon will reportedly stay on. Will update when more is clear.
