i was in the student section and several of us were yelling at the players during warm ups. multiple kansas players, including collins numerous times, turned around and said "where is tyler smith?" bet they don't think they are so funny now!!!:rock:

Obviously the comment of a fan who never got to experience the excitement of actually being a student of the team you are cheering for. Nothing better than being in the student section and not "acting like a big boy".

Because the students who care enough to sit/stand near the court were waiting for hours to get into that arena, and they're very excited (and most likely, very intoxicated)!

I hope that our students scream and harass the opposing players starting the second that they step on the court.

Kansas fans were classy were we sat. They were up clapping at the end of the game and they were inpressed how Pearl has motivated the team after our ordeal. I do not want to hear any more bashing on Pearl, even Kansas fans were applauding him and the team.

LOL, someone literally gets offended by every post on this site. Its hilarious. That being said, its the "student" section. Its intended for high strung loud obnoxious students to piss off,yell at, everything but spit on the opposing teams players. It helps for a "home-court" advantage. I reccomend anyone who thinks this isn't appropriate to attend/watch a game at Rupp,Cameron, DeanDome, ect. We don't want to look like Vandy fans at the Somelet center now do we?
