Some of you may not think this is a big deal, but in hotly contested Senate races, some will have a hard time justifying how they could vote for a Supreme Court Justice who reportedly drinks milk right out of the carton. Disgusting white male privilege.

No. this was just enough time for the FBI to sexually assault the witnesses all while mansplaining how things were going to go and that if Kavanaugh and Trump wanted to devil triangle them they should just be glad.

You guys do know that if this exact investigation was just on a common person that it wouldn't even come close to being considered for charges? The key issue that we have here is the definition of a credible witness which is a term that is being falesly thrown around. Credibility of a witness is not determined based on the person's status, profession, race, sex or religion. The credibility is based on the facts in their account and whether they: a.) are specified b.) change from account to account b.) are corroborated by other witnesses.

Her accounts have a.) not been specified (she claims that the event happened in a general timeframe in the early to mid 1980's with a non specified location. b.) Documented conversations show that her rendition of events has changed from account to account c.) of the 4 witnesses neither corroborate the story.

She is 0 for 3 in the credibility column. If even one of these boxes was checked if would at least be taken somewhat seriously but you can't. It would take a District Attorney who was off his/her rocker to even remotely consider and indictment or charges in a case like this.

So the question is if this case with all of it's holes would not even come close to justifying charges how could you come to a conclusion that he did it? How? Because we right now have established that someone can be immediately deemed credible based off of their status, profession, race, sex or religion. And this is incredibly wreckless to do.

“Ms. Keyser asked that I communicate to the Committee her willingness to cooperate fully with the FBI’s supplemental investigation of Dr. Christine Ford’s allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh,” Mr. Walsh said. “However, as my client has already made clear, she does not know Judge Kavanaugh and has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.”

When she asked Swetnick if Judge or Kavanaugh spiked the punch, as claimed in her statement, Swetnick says, "Well, I saw him giving red cups to quite a few girls during that time frame. ... I saw him around the punch containers. I don’t know what he did. But I saw him by them, yes."


Later, she backed away from her claim that gang rape was a frequent occurrence at these parties. Instead, she simply says she saw people hanging around a room and now, with the benefit of hindsight, believes they were doing so to serially rape a woman trapped inside. Swetnick also notably makes frequent reference to Kavanaugh and Judge "laughing," which is perhaps helpful as the media last week gave heavy replay to Ford alleging Kavanaugh laughing after Ford's alleged attack.
"I would see boys standing outside of rooms, congregated together," Swetnick said of the rape dens. "Sort of like a gauntlet. And I didn’t know what was occurring. But I would see them laughing, a lot of laughing."

NBC's Snow said that Swetnick gave them some names of people who would be able to corroborate her story. One of them was dead, another said he didn't know her, and the other two didn't respond.

So the 2 "neutral" alleged witnesses have said the party never happened. Last hope on the Ford accusation is Mark Judge.
