With no animosity, just curiosity - what reporters, OGs, insiders have credibility now. Which, not so much - (assuming Gruden is not coming here).

LWS - seemed realistic most of the time but I don't know his early posts.

BabyVols - just announced he was wrong. Seems genuinely upset and frustrated. Maybe his connections just didn't have info of this caliber.

Who else?

This is not a call out thread - no bashing!!

I appreciate all the insiders provide. They give us information as they get it. Just remember, they don't need to share anything.

Thanks for sharing all info you receive Insiders !

Nobody has inside information on this board. Dave Hart will make a announcment when a deal is done. Those that are in the know dosent have a Volnation account.

What really is the point of "keeping score"? We had some guys who I know would not troll us relaying info - no more, no less.

I think it's up to each individual on whose information that you put the most stock in and for me that is LWSVOL. I think a lot of people on here consider him to be conservative, but I think his information pans out more often than not.

In the end though, we should all be grateful to those that truely do have enough ties to the program to put out information that they've heard.

No flaming the "OG's" here. I started lurking early on in the JG threads, then signed up, but still didn't post.

Have spent more time on here the few weeks than I should. Not been very productive at home or at work. That's about all I can "flame" the OG's for..ha ha.

Information provided by these folks have been very interesting, informative, and greatly appreciated. Sure, some things haven't happened like they said, but I am not so naive to believe that every piece of information received by them to be 100% concrete.

I say make this thread a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS" thread to the OG's who have put the effort into keeping us informed. Please keep it up.

How about our buddy Vol Reporter? I think he went 0 - for - 12 in his predictions. Anyone heard from him lately?

Think/say/do what you want. It doesn't hurt my feelings or change my opinion.

In no way would I mislead anyone intentionally. I was told something that I trusted and I passed it down. No more no less. Anything past that or "keeping score," I honestly do not care.

But obviously something happened. And something still doesn't seem right about the situation. I know everything that came out yesterday but something is still off.

While 90% of me says it's dead and to move on, the other 10% still won't believe it until a new coach is introduced at the podium. I don't know, maybe a similar scenario to seeing your ex with someone new before you can move on. But, something STILL doesn't add up, and it won't until the above happens.

I'm still waiting to see what transpires. Again, stop trying to make this out to be "so and so was wrong!" This is a message board. Where information is shared. Those trolling are OBVIOUS. Others, like me, try to do what this board is intended for--to share information.

If your life is that rough that you look fwd to "keeping score," it's hard to be mad at you. I actually feel bad for you having to rely on this as your sole outlet in life.

Cheer up and let's all sit back and watch. We are still all fans in the end.

You got to take it all as BS until UTAD reports it. Anybody got a 50 percent chance on this board of nailing one. I will tell you one that is very careful and new Gruden was bogus. That would be skeeter. I've heard he's missed some but I doubt they were related to AD. Some of his stuff is just clues but some is direct. All the OG's of the subject thread were used by boosters just to stir the pot. I dont think thats debatable.
Dang it was fun and at times I got on board but I never forgot skeeter's lecture about boosters. FOBS

Maybe "keeping score" was a poor choice of words and I apologize for that. I'm just curious who was more correct and who was more incorrect on this particular thing. Just out of curiosity really.

At the end of the day if you monitor the board you can tell who is legit and who is not. No ill will for the people that I trust who got bad info. They wouldn't have shared it if they didn't think the rumors had legs. All the cats with minimal posts that came out of the woodwork are to be expected. Some were entertaining and some were just annoying. In today's world there is a fine line between famous and infamous. Just hoping the powers that be get a quality hire. I will be here when UT climbs out if the cellar (no matter how long it takes).

Anyone getting info from boosters is not gonna always be accurate. Not their fault either.

I never really believed he was coming , but I enjoyed all the info I read here and other places and don't think any less of anyone who provided info. Heck I even enjoyed Volreporters post's
