I did a double take on that one. Around here "Zach-baby" refers to Zach Wamp [R]congressman TN...

He probably deserves to be there but hasn't been charged with anything yet.

The reaction of both guys was kind of strange - Skilling basically said "whatever, that's the way the cookie crumbles".

Does he realize he'll be in prison forever or does he have an out (flight, suicide, alien abduction?)
