No offense, but that holds little baring from a Yankee and Redskins fan. Cheating on the field is just as bad as getting in trouble off of it. At least they aren't ruining the integrity of the game.
A-Rod, Clemens, Pettite, Giambi... all cheaters.
How about the Redskins making a deal under the table with Albert Haynesworth? They met with his agent before they were allowed to and claimed they were meeting with him for another player. And yet, the contract was already written up to Haynesworth's liking and he signed like an hour later. It takes longer than an hour to negotiate and draw up a contract. On top of that, the Redskins signed Haynesworth after he had stomped on someones face.
Also, didn't the Redskins sign cokehead Sanders after he had already been arrested? And isn't Jobba Chamberlain a woman beating methhead?
I know I'm bias, but so are you. Sounds like you hate the Titans. Just sayin.
Everyone saying Kenny Britt "should be cut" knows next to nothing about football. Probably the same people saying we should draft Julio Jones because we don't have any good WRs.
I think they can still currently cut/fire him, but that's about it....though I could be mistake
Given their stance on how they still want to test the trade market with Vince young (as they really, really want to at least try to get a draft pick in exchange rather than a zero gains cut), they'd likely go that same route first with Britt, were they to decide to get rid of him.
That said, noone knows what the franchise is thinking on this or how it will be handled Posted via VolNation Mobile
Britt has great potential, and is still very young. It would be crazy for the Titans to cut him, but he needs to mature. Being arrested two times and showing up to camp out of shape isn't a good thing to have on your resume this early.
I am tired of seeing players with great talent (especially on the Titans) that could be one of the best in the league, but at the same time have a hard time staying out of trouble. I think Fisher had a knack with finding dudes with excess baggage one way or another. He was kinda like the Kiffin of pro football, except he actually won.
