Kenny Irons (rookie Bengals) blew up his knee and will be lost for the season.

Tough news. I like the way this guy ran.

ACL's are like that sometimes. I think it was Deuce McAllister that when he tore his, he was running up and down the sideline testing it out to see if he felt like going back in a few plays later only to find out later he was done with a torn ACL.

And Jason Mitchell played most of the 2005 season with a torn ACL and MCL. Crazy.
