They are currently on the last 4 in according to Lunardi. A win tomorrow would really boost their tourney resume. Rupp will have a big time atmosphere coming off their last win and I think UK will come out firing early.

Last year they obliterated us in Lexington, but I feel like this year will be much different. I think we win comfortably. It looks like they will not have Wheeler or CJ Fredrick available due to injury. Fredrick had a big game against us here.

I think we come out with revenge on our mind. I can’t imagine a let down at Rupp. Everybody gets up to play there. I see us winning outright by double digits, even with UK playing one of their best games of the year, because I believe we are just that much better than them this year when we are on. Am I too overconfident? What say you?

The key is getting Oscar in foul trouble. Somehow all our bigs were in foul trouble, yet Oscar was not last time around. Felt really unfair with UK having 25 free throws to our 10 and then we only lost by 7.

At full strength and even officiating, I think we are the much better team. But we lose some of our size and rebounding ability without JJJ or Julian Phillips and thats the one area UK was actually better than us last time around. Again, though, if we limit Oscar's time on the floor, than that gives us an advantage in rebounding. I like us, but winning in Rupp is a hard thing to predict, especially in such an important game for UK. Alot of it depends on having JJJ or Phillips, but I'll be happy to escape with a 1 point win.

This is going to be delicious. We are probably going to blow them out, and it’s going to be most enjoyable.
Last time around we played about as bad as possibly could and still shoulda’ won.
Odds are, we won’t repeat that performance.
At some point you are who you are. Tennessee is a legitimate top five team, while UK is a legitimate NIT squad.

Playing in Rupp I believe helps us to stay super focused and highly emotionally elevated for this.
I honestly think our boys thought they would roll UK badly last time (hell- who didn’t?) and had a football vs sc moment. Not this time around.

I hope we can keep it close until the last 8:00 minutes and then steal one in Lexington. I do however admire your confidence. I’m guessing the Cats will play their best game of the year tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll get healthy and be ready for the final stretch. And we need our inside out game clicking and keep the Cats from snowbirding off defensive rebounds.

Being without starters does not seem to matter much - - just ask us!!!

Aidoo has to have another double double game for Tennessee to be able to have a chance of getting a rare win at Rupp Arena tomorrow.

The game will be televised by CBS tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m.

All of this posting about how we are going to win comfortably seems so incredibly naive. We will have out hands full with Kentucky. They have so much to play for and they have already beaten us this year. TN will have to play well and will be very fortunate if they win.

Loss, This team cannot beat anyone not ranked.

It will depend on two things in my mind. One, the attitude of this team tomorrow. If they come out determined and play good hard D ala Alabama game then they win. Second, if they come out and play tight D and the refs call the tick tack fouls on them and Oscar climbs people’s backs like he did at Neyland then it will be a long day And probably a L.

With JJJ & Julian out, in short got to play great D and get a consistently called game unlike the last UK game.

I don’t think Aidoo has to have a double-double for us to have a chance to win.
