Judging by my experience at the SEC tourney last night, the reason Kentucky gets in by default is because their fans travel and spend tons of money. Seriously, it was like a bunch of blue locusts everywhere at the GA Dome last night.

i wouldn't go that far, but after the conference tourny bids, i think there are atleast 35 better teams. kentucky is very average. they got beat by miss st.
