I am watching the Kentucky / Florida game and I am just curious on other's thoughts. Is Kentucky for real or just lucky to be at 4-0. Based on our being beat by the Gators and how the Wildcats are totally dismantling them, how concerned should we be, if at all?

Not trying to be that guy, it just seems to me that we are our own worst enemy and not necessarily that the Florida was actually a better team. Maybe it is my being to blinded, I just believe we are much better than we have been playing.

Please don't blast, trying have a real discussion on how others feel about the Vols as they progress through the season. Back to the original point, Kentucky looks like a likely loss, unless we improve.

I think they are a good team and an even better team at home. They are doing what we didn't moving the ball on every possession. We had way to many three and outs against Florida. I think Milton is going to be up and down all season and he was way down against Florida.

They’ve handled Florida the last two years, yet we’ve beaten Kentucky. So who knows, but KY does look good against them. But that’s been the norm in recent history.

I honestly think that we are just a bad football team this year. Kentucky is still Kentucky but we can’t beat florida when we’re supposed to.

This Tennessee team is not in a position to look past anyone on the schedule. We say that in the AP game. UK is a decent team that we play on the road. We don’t have last year’s offense…take nothing for granted and play like it’s the super bowl every week.

Poor OL, inconsistent qb play and bad coaching cost us in the florida game. Coaching should definitely get better, qb may improve a little but the OL will plague us all year. Last year's team was simply better.

They're pushing UF around something we really didn't do. We let UF body us. Attitude is still part of the sport. You need some mean, it helps..

We'll beat them.
As in we'll beat Kentucky.

This is just showing how terrible our team leadership really is to have lost to one of the least talented Florida teams I've ever seen.

Lost to them just because??

There's literally no valid reason to have lost to them.
Hadden roll!
Herring hopscotch!
Joe Milton toss up special!!

Like death and taxes.
We lose to Florida.

We barley beat them last year in Neyland with A Heisman caliber QB and the best WR in college football.

I'm not saying they're not decent, but they do this every year, and so does some on Volnation 🤣. Their first 3-4 games are cupcakes, the past couple of years they beat Florida, and everyone thinks they're a powerhouse.

KY has beaten Vandy, Akron, Eastern KY, and Ball State. That's not exactly a "Murders Row" to get to 4 - 0.

That they're handing FL is unfortunate because of our loss, but FL is still not that good. KY isn't bad, but they get GA next week and won't look like world beaters.

As for FL, it was a bad loss for us. A bad effort and a bad result. Let it go. Beat USCe into feathers and get back on track. Relax.

I am not convinced Kentucky is for real. Issues with drops in the WR corps have been a problem. Leary has not lived to the hype but did what he had to do today.

Ky will lose to Tenn in a few weeks.

Just not sure why Tn has to be the team that make's mediocre squads look impressive. I can't count the times that we have allowed average players light us up. I hope that tonight, we play an error free game and can put it all together. Living in Columbia, I am tired of hearing how they drug us last year.

Why is this a terrible post? Your post is clearly what is wrong with society. Someone asks a question and your immaturity can't stop you from such an ignorant response. Please, go away and let the adults talk.

The Florida/Ky game has zero effect on how well we favor against UK.

Because you are trying to use our game vs UF as some sort of gauge against UK. Why? When the two games have ZERO to do with one another. That’s why your post is terrible.

Kentucky appears to be a one-dimensional team to me. Leary has not been effective as a passer to date, so they are relying on their running game.

I have no doubt that Georgia will stuff the run and make Kentucky pass. I do doubt that Kentucky will be able to pass successfully. Also keep in mind that Kentucky always has front loaded schedule and looks good in the first 5 or 6 games. Then the meat of the schedule hits and they fade away. Georgia all the way in this one. I do hate Georgia more than Kentucky.

Davis performance yesterday just shows you how sh***y of a program Vanderbilt really is.
