A little more insight into the transfer. Wants to be closer to his father, who is ill.

“I really need to be home with him to be closer to him to make sure he’s taken care of,” Harrow said. He said his father is a basketball fan who can’t travel to watch him play. Being in Atlanta would enable Harrow to make sure his father is cared for, and would give his father a few chances to watch his son play.

Schools often block transfers to schools they play. Would NCSU still be able to block a transfer to GT, or did their opportunity to block anything go away when he got to UK?

What's the status for Dominique Wilkins? If Harrow leaves then we have room for him I guess.
