I had to post this as its crazy!
:loco:
Everyone knows Kevin James who was star of the long running CBS show King of Queens that ran from 1998-2007.
His new show Kevin Can Wait just finished its first season early last month.
Well on the two part season finale titled Sting of Queens: Part One & Two. The featured guest star as you can tell by the episode title was Leah Remini who played his wife for 9 seasons on King of Queens playing a NYPD Detective.
Now flash forward.....
Just a couple of days ago on June 2nd CBS announced that Leah Remini had been added as series regular for the upcoming 2nd season.
The following day June 3rd co-star Errin Hayes (who played the wife of James Character in Season One) announced she had been let go.
Apparently Remini will be playing the same character as she played in the two episodes in season one.
Now you have to wonder do they kill the wife off (if they don't recast the character and appears that will not happen).
I've never seen this happen on a sitcom.
