It's not the NCAA's fault...it's Ed O'bannon and his crazy lawyer...so when they lose their lawsuit this summer who is he going to blame? Guess he didn't read over those papers he signed before every school year

actually it is the NCAA's fault. they could easily ask Ware if he wanted that shirt to be made, but that is an NCAA violation.

So the kid snaps his leg during a game and Adidas decided to make an ass load of money on it but the poor kid won't see a dime. Sounds pretty fair.

well how about no schools give out schlorships and lets see if student athletes like that better...schools don't have to be a part of the NCAA there is the NAIA they can be a part of

The NCAA = Idiots. This is retarded. The only advantage of this is a kid getting a scholarship and hurts no one. Dumb rules..

Is there a rule against selling said shirts at cost? If not, then the folks at Adidas are partially to blame for pulling the shirt instead of just selling the shirts at cost.
