is by holding people accountable. If they don't give effort and aren't performing, sit their ass on the bench. That's a luxury that being this deep affords you. It's time for Pearl to put his foot down before this season gets away from him.

This. Wish a few more people saw it that way.

i dont see pearl taking his sons minutes away...but as we all have said, steven pearl and mcbee should only see mop-up duty

Accountability is something needed along with some passion. There's no intensity at all.

There's absolutely no leadership on this team, which IMO is it's biggest problem. I honestly thought it was going to be Williams by the way he acted in the tournament last year, but that appears to be just a dream.

Every now and then I think it will be Hopson, but he is just too fragile mentally to be a strong one.

I don't know who the leader will be for this team. And I don't think that any of us will find out until we get into the conference schedule. With Pearl gone someone is going to have to step and lead this team or this is going to turn out well for us.

I don't know about fields. I do think that Maymon can. Does anyone else see a little of Chism in Maymon or am I seeing something different?

Also, we need to keep the rotation at 7 or 8. I would rather play Mcraee? and sit Pearl and McBee. Those 2 are not worthy to play in this league.

I don't know if you can say that about our BB. Most definately about the FB in the SEC. It's the next best league to the NFL.

Easy, because those two would be playing less minutes if they were on the Belmont team we beat last night. They are not quality players D-1 players.

No, they are not all stars for this team but everyone has a role to play. That is still getting worked out to what these peoples role will be. Once that happens these forums are going to be a lot more positive.

Everyone is so quick to jump on McBee and Pearl. They are not the biggest problem this team has.

I don't think this team is as team as most but I do agree in holding people accountable for their effort or lack there of.
