he should be forced to stand in line at the DMV every day. They give him a new number every morning that will never get called. Either that or he can turn in forms that aren't fully filled out and be sent to get a new number.

i say no death penalty since he wants it. instead he should be whipped like they did to slaves, everyday. and then send him to the hole, and instead of celine let him listen to moby

Just kidding... I would never condone this. Just get rid of him. One less scumbag to watse food, water, and O2 on. But it doesnt have to be humane... just not inhumane.

Right before the gallo door opens up, you parade 40 hot virgins(this may take a while, I know) in front of him, and let him know this is what he could have in a capatilist society, then find 40 tatted up goth girls(much easier to find), ask him to enjoy......
