Ok so what is up with Wilhoit? I understand it is a 'leg" injury. It sounds as if he has had a shaky camp. So kicking practice is this Saturday is anybody going to see this? Who is our backup and is he any good? Kickers.....:dunno:

I believe the backup would be Britton Colquitt. He's got a big leg, but from what I've read, accuracy has been an issue.

Wilhoit has been sketchy. Hope he can pull it out but if history is an indicator then hope for games where we aren't down by a couple with a couple minutes to go. The agony!

Ditto... hopefully the Vols are far enough ahead that a missed FG here and there won't hurt...

Although I can't disagree about his kicking thus far he has managed to get on the Groza preseason watch list. And to his credit he has hit a few clutch field goals in his past. I didn't know this but he is 5th on the alltime kicker list at UT. But still, I see him as average at best.

Seems to me that Wilhoit always has some kind of little injury nagging him.
