Lane Kiffin was plagued by several minor recruiting violations at Tennessee and had a reputation as a guy who could care less.
And he, along with his dad Monte, may have brought that attitude back to USC, according to the athletic direction of USC recruit CB Nickell Robey.
The AD of Frostproof High School told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, "[Robey's] planning to visit Southern Cal next week. Monte Kiffin has been very persistent. He?s probably been in here more than is legal. Of course they don?t pay attention to the rules."
It might've just slipped off the tongue, but it's not exactly an accusation a sports-smart guy makes lightly -- especially talking about Kiffin and Co. The NCAA is sure to have a close eye on this one.
