To answer your question maybe he is a good recruiter and I thought he did a good job with Crompton the one year he was here.
He is a pro style coach and I think Fla has been recruiting more for the spread and WM may not be able to take a risk on changing his offense. He needs to win and win a bunch to save his job.
I think if anything, Kiffin slithers back to the nfl in some sort of position coaching area. I dont seen any schools wanting to take a chance on him. Certainly not as a head coach and probably not a coordinator either.
Its almost like he's some how imposed a show cause penalty upon himself, just by being himself.
I saw this rumor earlier, but it also said that one Derek Dooley could be in line for that position as well. Remember, it was Muschump that gave DD an endorsement when he turned us down a few years back. If this is true, I would personally donate to UF to help pay DDs salary.
As the OC? Just trying to generate some discussion with these potential coaching hire threads. It's fun for the offseason. Anyways, this would be an interesting turn of events. I think it would look bad on Florida's part if they decided to do this.
