good for him

?

If Obama's spokesperson had said this in response to reporters asking Obama questions you'd say it shows a lack of respect for the media and the decorum of the office.

Team Romney is not ready for prime time. This much is clear.

I would never make such a statement about the press. Of course few would dare ask such questions about Obama anyway

after 4 years Obama still isn't either yet you are all in for him. Interesting how that works

Pot meet kettle

Outrage is funny

I'm not at all outraged. The guy spoke his mind, I've no problem with that, really.

But the fact is that, to the extent that the purpose of this trip was to try to portray Romney as presidential and comfortable on the international stage, it has been an abject disaster.

how does an aide making a comment show he's not?

When you travel in that manner you are viewed, rightly or wrongly, as a team. And its especially surprising that it would be an alleged professional in terms of dealing with the media who would lose his cool.

Fact is, Romney has taken a grand total of three questions form the trailing press corps. Its pretty obvious that he's not up to the task of thinking on his feet and not then sticking them in his mouth.

I was much more disappointed in the fact that the same press has never asked Obama those exact same questions.

Reckon this is where Obama could be of some help considering his blunders off prompter.

I believe he was speaking to the NYT and CNN. That's the way he should talk to them.

Can we at least agree Romney's international trip was a disaster from the start?

It has certainly been portrayed that way and the narrative will soon be accepted as truth.

I think there were many more positives than negatives but from the beginning the narrative was "gaffe" and from then on all observers looked to find more and Romney made a couple more.

The bad thing for Romney ,this happened on the eve of the Olympics. Almost everyone saw it.

The good thing for Romney, the news cycle for this will playout during the Olympics, very few are paying attention.
