I'm claiming the Natty if they pull that. That said, we gutted the program of coaches and players and played last year down 20 scholarship players or more. We paid a heavy toll and the NCAA has said they are shifting to blaming the actual people at fault rather than everyone left at the school.

there is no chance the NCAA would come in mid to late season with a postseason ban. I'm no legal expert, but I'd say that would be a fight, especially with the NCAA complimenting UT's handling of this from day 1 and their swift action. If the NCAA were to step in now (or before season ends), it would look really bad and open them up to all kinds of legal action/appeals.

If Tennessee raised over $160,000 in basically a day in response to the $100,000 fine from the SEC, JUST WAIT TIL WE ALL CONTRIBUTE TO A LEGAL FUND.

If the NCAA acts against UT in any manner after what Tennessee did to clean house of the rat infested garbage responsible for the violations, I, you and everyone will be pissed beyond belief. I will personally pony up a big figure towards a legal fund in a fight to sue the hell out of and financially bankrupt the NCAA.

I would say it would absolutely force Tennessee to take very aggressive legal action. Like an absolute all out legal war. There would be no other choice. Have to stand up for yourself as a program now more than ever and fight the actual corrupt ones.....the 'AA. I will commit to a large contribution towards a legal fee fund to fight if necessary.

Subpoenas for emails/phone records, FOA, etc to prove any bias on the part of the NCAA or any dishonesty among anyone involved in their case. The NCAA can't afford that with their fragile state. They are a dog that loudly bites, but has been defanged. No bite. No threat.
