1. Tennessee (No. 3)
2. Duke
3. Liberty
4. Wright State
"Tennessee’s reward for earning its first-ever national seed? Perhaps the toughest regional in the field. Wright State, which took two of three from the Vols in Knoxville last season, is an extremely dangerous No. 4 seed. The Raiders can hit, both for average (nation’s best .342) and power (72 home runs in 46 games). And that’s something that could work in their favor at Lindsey Nelson Stadium, known to be a hitter’s park. Duke didn’t have a great regular season, but the Blue Devils won their final 12 games and allowed a total of five runs in their four ACC tournament wins. Tennessee is very good and is still the team to beat this weekend in Knoxville, but it wouldn’t be a shock if the Vols have to play Monday to advance to the supers.
Predicted winner: Tennessee"
