NO . . . We pretty much kept playing the same except we turned up the defense. Other than a couple of put backs after wild offensive rebounds, UGA got nothing in the last 3 minutes.

Were the Lady Vols lucky or what? Some how ort another, I just don't see the "fire" in the team. They've got to go out each game and play like there was no tomorrow. They can't play like that the rest of the season-Lady Vols are known for"putting away teams" and they just don't have that willingness to play at the top of their game. Who is the leader of this team? Is it Candace or someone else? Lady Vols need at least two players every night averaging around 17 or better. It's CRUNCH TIME!

Well ok, this thread was interesting. Just got back from the game. Unfortunately I forgot my camera when I gotthrough the doors. My daughters first Lady Vol game, glad we won. We had great seats behind the UT bench.

-Candace hurt her ankle, When they took her to the bench, we saw them taping her up and screaming. I don't like seeing that, I would rather not know.

-We played horribly the first half. OMG it was UGAly. The UGA crowd was really lovin that.

-Second half comeback was AMAZING. It made it all the more sweet with the UGA crowd yelling at the ref's and cursing (losers).

-The best part was watching everyone leave while Shanna was at the foul line, sinks two to make it a 3 point game. Then the steal. ORANGE went crazy, UGA fans were pretty much clearing the stands. What was corny was after the free throws, during the timeout they played this insperational video about not giving up and stuff....didn't work.

So we won, yay. It was hell trying to get out of place. Sat with someone who was a friend of Sidney's family. Pretty cool night. And yes, Lindsey Moss is prettier in person. :biggrin2:
