Holly needs to find some ways to build some mental toughness in the program again--in our players again. The way some of our best players consistently folded in just about every big game last year, culminating in the embarrassing Louisville performance, was shocking. It is one thing to get beat and another to give games away because you can't handle the pressure. That's the number one task facing Warlick.

It's ok to think that way, and strive for it, but to make it a public proclamation isn't a good idea. Particularly when the LVs haven't even come near that goal the past 5 years. It just puts a target on your back. It brings to mind the embarrassment of Baylor's failure to win their 2nd championship last year. They were so sure of victory.

Holly is a straight talking coach. And they should have the Final Four as a goal.

I can't help remembering the game they lost to Virginia that prevented the LVs from hosting the finals on their floor. Such a disappointment for the team and coaches. And the bus ride back from Old Dominion after that game was a long sad ride for us fans also.
