The Lady Vols nearly rallied from a 20-point deficit in the second half, but came up short as their season came to an end on Tuesday night in a 86-78 loss to Louisville in the Elite Eight.

Has Meagan Simmons ever passed the ball? I mean really - has she ever gotten an assist?
They all looked like an all freshman team. You can say all you want as most have said talent is a big part, but heart is the best thing to have they were scared to death of Louisville bull---- they had one all-american how many did we have= it's motivation!

Give them props for dancing, though I would trade a men's tourney appearance for a women's Elite 8.

Just relieved the season's over after too many disorganized, unmotivated performances. Hmmm...I recall thinking the same thing after the men's season...football, too. On to spring practice with Butch's Big Orange Gang!

I have never seen that many lay ups and court length passes in the same game. Really hard to watch the lack of adjustment.

Simmons wants to be the person doing the scoring she doesn't care much for defense. In the first five minutes of the game she had four turnovers and three ugly shots. She does have moments when she is our best player but when she is bad she is really bad. She is hit or miss and with one year left I doubt she ever learns to play on the defensive end like she needs to for this team to go far. That goes for Massengale, and Burdick as well none of the three can play decent defense. I look for Carter and Tucker to take their jobs because those girls play serious defense for every minute they are in the game.
