Changing goalkeepers at halftime throughout SEC play has done so much harm this season defensively.

I’ve never seen it happen regularly like this before this year.

I didn’t mind it so much in non-conference play when we were experimenting with lineups. Now though I can recall at least two or three goals attributable to miscommunication between the keeper and back line. You need consistency to build that relationship.

I wish our program cared enough about soccer as these other schools. a&m brings radio announcers to an away game, I don’t think we even take a media person to report on an away match ever.

Seems like we switched to a 4-4-2 with Fusco and Nelson up top, and it’s worked so far. Kudos to Kirt for making a change.
