Lady Vols Sweep SEC Awards

After going undefeated in 2011 Southeastern Conference basketball play, the University of Tennessee Lady Vols swept the trifecta of SEC Coach of the Year, Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year honors, announced the conference office on Tuesday.

Great news. On Sunday night I was watching the highlights of the Kentucky game and it just so happened I was thinking to myself, Dunlap of KY will probably get POY somehow, dambit, even though Strick is on a whole other level (and so is Johnson). I am so glad for her...she deserves it completely. Put her on (almost) any other team in the SEC and they change to contender instantly.
