Andraya Carter tied her career high with 16 points and No. 8/9 Tennessee surged in the second half to defeat Missouri, 63-53, in its SEC opener on Friday at Thompson-Boling Arena.

Congrats to the LVs. Their standing at 11-2. It was a hard fought game but the girls prevailed. The next couple of games coming up will tell how good we really are. We've got Vanderbilt Monday to start things off & it won't be easy from there on out.

You are right. We never play well at vandy anyway. For some reason their weird court layout gives us fits

We give ourselves fits with our consistently inept offensive performances--31 percent shooting against a very mediocre team. Until the not-so-astute Warlick learns to respect offensive basketball half as much as defensive basketball, we will not smell a title.
