1.) Has anyone heard anything about possible transfers coming to UT (based on what is going on with the team a lot may be thinking differently than they did in the pass)

2.) Has anyone heard of the likelihood of anyone transferring out (not that I think anyone would) but sometimes players can get a little fed up/ "homesick" (Jannah Tucker) and decide to go elsewhere

3.) Has any of the 2017/18 recruits started to remove us from their list (I know its probably too soon to tell)

4.) Are we even looking at JUCO players or is Holly/Staff content with just going with 10 next year?

5.) Any possible early graduates who may have an extra year of eligibility that may want to come here?

Not looking for bashing and I know this is a rundown topic just wondering have things changed with what is taking place in Knoxville

I truly think my fellow Lady Vol fans are over reacting. The world is not ending. They lost 2 games. Yes Sunday's game was a disaster, but I truly believe they will be fine.

Linnae Harper was supposed to visit this past weekend and I assume she will enroll in a school in January as she has finished up her semester at Kentucky.
I haven't heard where Kaylyn Pugh is interested in as she has left Ohio State. She would be a welcome addition to the Lady Vols don't know what Holly is thinking she may be to offensive minded to play for Holly.

I have heard nothing about anyone wanting to transfer.

Were on some very excellent players list and in some instance are said to be leading.
Players that were supposedly doing well with right now are Kasiyahna Kushkituah 6'4" post, Maya Dodson 6'1", Rellah Boothe 6'1", still on Meghan Walker's list although were certainly not the favorite. There are others as recruiting is supposed to be going really well for 2017.

Reports are that we are looking at some JUCO players to join the team in 2016 but who they are has never been expressed. If we are not trying to recruit Cheridine Greene of Asa college in New York then that is reason enough to fire Holly. She will really help some team when she graduates JC and moves up to this level. She was averaging over 20 points and 22 rebounds a game in the first 8 games or so of this season.

I do not know of any graduates that we are looking at this time.

If we take away our fan hat and approached from a business standpoint what about this team would make any top flight player want to play here?

Now I've been trying to keep pretty quiet cause I didn't want to get any feathers ruffled but I know for a FACT we will be getting a top recruit in 2018! They can score extremely well from their position of play and I believe will help Tenn right the ship, HOWEVER their decision will be somewhat swayed by what a 2017 recruit decides to do. I'm extremely optimistic for recruiting. I'm disappointed we whiffed this recruiting class but alot of those circumstances with those players were out of Holly's hands.

Some recent comments about the team from this person :

"The guards are offensively challenged and this is making Holly look bad"

"If they could just make shots this would be a NC team"

"I'm starting to think none of them get in the gym on their own"

What I'm noticing from this prospect is that she feels as if it's more on the players than Holly, which gives ms a little hope that more recruits are thinking like her.

I hate to seem all "mysterious" here but of course I can't say who this person is. I had to provide at least SOME good news to the board. I really don't care how some people take this post or believe I'm fabricating but I believe we're going to be okay....not only this year when some of our shots FINALLY start falling but in the years to come as well. Alot can happen in two years for recruiting but I think we're sold on an elite 2018 recruit....even though it's 2 years away lol

I do agree that if our guards would to put the ball in the basket we would be undefeated right now. We miss so many open shots. VT guards lit it up and a lot of time with hands in their faces.

2018 ? That's great but according to this scenario the 2018 recruit is somewhat dependent on what a 2017 recruit does. If we don't recruit well in 2017, the climb back to the top will be very steep indeed.
Also, how can you know "for a fact" that we will be getting a top recruit in 2018 if her decision will be somewhat swayed by a 2017 recruit ?

Well honestly I'm banking on this 2017 recruit going to UT. I guess I should have been wiser with my words. Her decision would "somewhat" sway the 2018 recruit's mind. For now I'll say it's 95% fact lol

I think I may know what 2018 recruit you are referring to, but I have no idea what guard you are referring to in the 2017 class.

So I can have hope in future recruiting. Did Catch Randall and Clement commit before or after Tenn won the NC in 97

Sorry but I cannot share your optimism. Hope you are correct though. :hi:

Until CHW gets a copy of the home program from AD Dave Hart, what was formerly one of the Icon women's basketball college programs is headed for its worst season since it began play...this team is falling apart very fast and will be lucky to make it to the WNIT this year. Time to make the change and right the ship before it sinks...:matrix:
