Monica is in a tough situation right now. With the offensive production of all of the womens softball teams giving up a run or two here would really hurt.

Update? ESPN's website isn't updating the scoreboard. Nothing new there, though.

I too am staying up for this one. So far, the fact that this is a much more reasonable hour for Arizona's players does not seem to be affecting anything.

Three more outs, and the LVs will be 2-0 at the WCWS for the first time. The second game has been the jinx for the last two years.

I'm pretty sure we don't play Washington next. That guy is an idiot. UT and UW will both play teams with a loss and have to split a doubleheader to reach the final.

We are in a great position now. We will sit out tomorrow. On Sunday, we will have two chances to win one game against a team that will have played 1-2 games on Saturday. The final starts on Monday and is best 2 out of 3.
