He is a good recruiter and lb coach. Very underwhelmed by his stint here and at Auburn, his recruiting prowess here was not even good imo. There are way too many egos on Muschamp's staff including the grandest of them all Will Muschamp. I believe he is coaching Dline at USC probably his weakest area imo.

If he really is a good recruiter, he shouldn't have to be working under Saban to show it. You kind of contradicted yourself with this.

...but it's hard to tell how good a job any assistant is truly doing when they bounce around as much as he has since '08 and he probably isn't finished SEC hopping.

Lance is a good hire.

Added bonus: his ability to whiz in the alleys will help clean the streets of Columbia

Great hie Lance is a quality assistant coach. The only hope Muschamp has is having a solid coaching staff because he's a lousy head coach.
