You're the Bubba Gump of flowers.Plenty of good orange & white blooming perennials. The whites are numerous so you should have no problems there. Orange, plenty of options as well...bulbous plants like tulips, daffodils, crocosmia, hemerocallis, alstroemeria, fritillaria,cannas... dahlia, peonies too maybe. others i can't include due to zone restrictions but you might have luck with some zephyranthes cultivars in protected areas.
Then the more common perennials like agastache, echinacea, asclepias tuberosa, lantana, globe mallow... should be easy to track down.
Annuals you can improve areas with...poppies,marigolds, zinnias, pansies, violas, nasturtium, mums, gerbera daisies, impatients, etc
Not sure if you can find lions tail but thats a great one for late summer-fall
Perennials will require a lot of area, and work. Seems difficult to keep the checkerboard blooming. ? Just a mix of orange and white maybe not so difficult. Perennial gardening is not easy though.
