For somebody that was so yappy at Knoxville he sure didn't have much to say other than "I can't talk about that" or some other non-answer answer..... I think the "details" he won't talk about are the fact that Tennessee tries to run a clean program and the SEC's "compliance culture" (Kiffin's words there....) was a real problem for him.... Apparently when Kiffin figured out he couldn't break the rules however he saw fit he started looking for an "out".... Carroll's deprture provided a golden opportunity for him to skid on outta town and that garbage about him trying to do what he thought was right is a turd that just won't flush.....

Yeah if he wants to call that talking with media.I thought talking to the media meant being a man and taking questions also.I also wonder who all these people he has been "talking to" about if he did the right thing or not.He has no friends. Lol

That kind of interview will give great creedence to the theory that he had to or planned his actions and commentary here.

I saw this on the internet today and found it interesting. In the interview he said if everyone knew all the details of him quitting the VOLS and taking the USC job after one year they would understand. When he was asked if he wanted to share any of those details he said no.

Here is Part 1

I think it goes back to the rumors that Thunder Thorton and some other big boosters were trying hard to force him out. There's no telling what was going on behind the scenes. The only issue I have with Kiffin is trying to get some of our recruits. I think he did a pretty dang good job while here, and had he stuck around I think he would have had this program back where it needed to be in a few short years.

It's complete BS and spin control. Why would Kiffin give a crap who he offended at UT after leaving? He can't answer because it's BS and he is afraid of being called on it. When has Kiffin ever held back from commenting?

I will honestly say i was on the bandwagom or as some might say the lane train when he was here. The only issue i had was him spewing off of the mouth a little too much. Now the only issue i have with him is the recruit thing too and maybe a coach or two.Seems like he would wait till either we got a verbal from them or showed a strong interest coach wise before he had an interest.Honestly i hate to say it and i hope he is not but i believe he will be successful at USC.
