Focusing on a single day's reporting as evidence of such a conclusion, is still incorrect, especially considering the metropolitan area of Florida that are still seeing increasing numbers of cases.

It's like stop and go traffic; No matter how much you want to open it up, you can't. You can't just sit there either.

We have a virus that jackknifed. The cones aren't the problem. Tell people to avoid Alcoa if possible. Less traffic will help open it up.
