Saw it tonight. Good I thought. Worth watching. Tom Hardy killed it like always, Shia LeBouf was decent. Anybody else see it?

It was entertaining enough. I wish Tom Hardy would have simply put a bullet in Shia's character about 1/2 hour into the movie. That would have made this one a classic.

If you want an authentic drama about growing up in the hills try Winter's Bone.

If a Shia Labouf movie doesn't involve giant, sentient robots, I can't take it seriously.

Lawless was a decent film, but nothing overly great.

It was a 20 minute story stretched to nearly 2 hours. Hardy was pretty much a bumbling idiot when you look at his character. You can't do anything but laugh at him after the first half hour. They left giant holes in the story and the other brother was such as waste of a character.

Not saying I wasted my money, but this isn't exactly going to be remember as an all time great. It's good if you don't mind Shia and laugh as much as I did at Hardy.

Agree, Thrasher. He entered the "really popular it's trendy to hate him now, just because" realm.

Interesting. Haven't seen for myself but everything I had read was the movie was decent but would have been good to very good if Hardy was the brother they focused most of the movie on and Shia's character was a supporting role.

Pretty fair assessment actually
