I just had to say something as to the utterly annoying broadcasts done by the white sox tv duo. i am not sure if it steve stone or the other clown that says, "You can put in the board, yeahhhh," after every ball that gets hit out. it has to be the most annoying thing to hear constantly. for that i am glad i don't have to watch the white sox. i find myself muting the tv every time something comes up about the white sox, because it will surely be said at some point in the game updates.

anyone else have any least favorite broadcast crews and their lame sayings? if not at least i have gotten it the hate off my chest.

It's the other guy who says that. He also says, "HE GONE" on strikeouts. Last night Quentin made a diving catch and he yelled "You gotta be bleeping me" .. Except he actually said bleeping as opposed to profanity. I think his name is Hawk Harrelson. not that it matters..

i forgot about the, "he gone" thing as well. not as annoying as when they hit a homerun.

Favorite is Joe Simpson. Least favorite has to be the White Sox guys. Annoying as hell.

"The Yankees win! The Yankees WIN!!! The-e-e-e-e-e-e YANKEES WIN!!!"

"An A-bomb from A-Rod!!"

"Robinson Cano, dontcha know!!"

whatever his name is, he's irritating to listen to

and Joe Morgan lost my respect during the WBC in Cuba a couple of years ago when he couldn't stop tongue-kissing Fidel Castro.

John Sterling. The Yankee radio broadcasts are absolutely terrible. I enjoy reading Phil Mushnick from the NY Post in his critiques of that awful broadcast.

It gets on my nerves, also.

Joe Morgan is awful. I can't stand Tim McCarver either.

In my personal opinion I like:

Vin Scully, Ryan Lefebvre, Frank White, Rod Allen, Don Orsillo.

I'm not a big fan of the CSN networks out west -- A's/Giants or WGN. I haven't been to fond of the Blue Jays network either.

YES! is tolerable.

Agree with the Chi-Sox announcers and Yankees. Also, the guys who do the games on FSN Southwest for the Texas Rangers are pretty painful to watch. They are terribly awkward and rag constantly on the Sox when they are playing Boston. It's almost comical.

I love Castiglione and O'Brien on EEI as well as Orsillo and Remy on NESN. We are certainly blessed as Red Sox fans to have some great local announcing crews.

McCarver is the worst announcer ever.

Sterling is a treasure.

"A ribbie for Robbie! How bout that Tex message?!"

I remember the days when Sterling was in Atlanta calling Hawks games. Dominique Wilkins would go on one of his patented flurries and Sterling would belt out a "Dominique is magnifique!!" He also did Braves games back in the days when Atlanta was losing 100 games a year. Half the fun of tuning into a game back then was to hear Skip Caray ripping on Sterling mercilessly.

I still have no idea how Joe Morgan has lasted so long doing ESPN games. He not only has goofy insights, he's just flat out awkward.
