Brian Van Gorder came into Georgia Southern this year as our new head coach. He was the defensive coordinator at UGA a few years back. well last time we got a former defensive coordinator from Georgia it was the legendary Erk Russell (RIP) and he turned our team of walk ons into a I-AA powerhouse. Now Van Gorder is here, and well our power house is being turned into a lack-of-power house.... So gamedays here have turned into a depressing event, but its over with when i get home and pop open a cold one and get ready for the VOLS to take someone to the woodshed,,,

You had to expect Van Gorder to have a tough time in year 1. You can't just go from a triple option into a spread passing attack in one year. It will take a year or two to get the personnel in there.

VAn Gorder is probably hanging out in front of the UGA dorms begging Joe Cox or Blake Barnes to transfer.
