Apparently put enough backspin on his last shot to tear the net up.

I have said it once, and I will say it again. Len Elmore is an idiot.

Elmore is by far the worst commentator that gets important assignments. Apparently, by his logic, Noah is making as much money at Florida this year as he would have in the NBA.

He didn't really mean it to come out that way...I think he meant he's happy there and getting better by staying an extra year in college. Of course he's gonna pay for it by not being a top-5 pick like he would have been the previous year.

If one can't properly articulate such a simple point, one shouldn't be a commentator doing an Elite Eight game.

I would have like to have Gus Johnson calling the game, but I guees James Brown got the treatment this time around. James can be very hard to listen to over the course of a game..

Question regarding the broadcast of the UT-OSU game: Did anybody else notice how dead the atmosphere of the broadcast was? I listened to the first half on the Vol Network until I reached a motel (I did have a battery TV). In the second half, watching on CBS, I felt like I never heard any crowd noise either way, I never heard the ball going through the basket/clanging off the rim, and I never heard the refs' whistles. All I heard was the announcers, who were impartially boring on every play. And this is coming from a person (me) who seldom criticizes TV broadcasts. Or maybe it was just the fact that we were blowing a lead.

Great insight from Billy Packer: He just informed us that you can't dribble the length of the floor in two seconds.

Same here... but for me, every other word out of their mouths near the end of the game was "Oden this, Oden that." I only got to catch the second half.
