No doubt there has been a disenfranchisement of the left toward Obama. Can't tell if it's widespread or not though, I try and keep an ear to the ground here and it's still just sparse rumblings of discontent.

The difference is that the TPers actually control a block of seats in the House and are considered backers of at least two of the GOP POTUS contenders.

When Farrakhan speaks, maybe a thousand people listen. When the TP speaks, millions listen and take action.

They are not comparable and when Farrakhan splts from Obama pretty much nobody cares, whereas when the TP splits from Boehner, it causes real governance problems.

I agree with Lupe in that the US foreign policies are terrorism. It started well before Obama, but he's done nothing but perpetuate it.
