What a slow, worthless excuse for a running back. I don't care who the defense is. That was pathetic. It disrespects the memory of my tattered #27 jersey. Good job Titans. Good job Ravens.

There were a few pathetic players, announcers, and calls in this game.

Get rid of White since we have such great backups in Ganther and Henry behind him. I'm not his biggest fan, but losing him would be a downgrade, especially in the red zone.

everybody saw what lendale white was worth today when he carries the load all by himself. he's best used after chris johnson has worn down the defense. he didn't have that luxery today

He reminds me of Jabari Davis. He slows down when a defender threatens. When that happens anyone could blooowwww him down!

Lendale mocking the Steeler terrible towel and two weeks later he's coughing up the football in the most critical run in his football life. I've never see Crumplier act like a hotdog, even though he fumbled it as well. Lendale's was 10 times worse because of his cockiness and inability to back it up. I wish they would let Lendale go as well.I'm not taking anything from the Ravens though, they won the game, that's all that matters.

His stomach jiggles when he runs.. come on Fisher!! At least put him at fullback, but I would not put him even with Hall..

Lendale is what he is, a compliment back. He is not going to be an every down back. He is just fine when Chris Johnson is splitting carries with him. He was the same way at USC when he had Reggie Bush with him.

he's a power back, not a speed guy. he's just meant to get short yardage when he's in.

Unfortunately, they had no other playmakers other than chris johnson and he was their entire offense, once he left injured they turned back into last year's titans w/ young...they can move the ball and score a fg if given good field position, but they cant drive the field efficiently....so if you push them back to start, they're going no where

This should be a wake-up more than anything else that they need playmakers at WR on Offense

615 and True are right, White was never meant to be an every down back and since Johnson went down he was forced into that position. While I think Lendale runs hiw mouth entirely too much, I don't think cutting him would be the right move.

So basically if you lose CJ to an injury, you essentially lose White too since he is worthless without CJ doing a majority of the work.

Right. Which is why they need a good WR or someone who can still make plays if such occurs

You don't cut him. You just don't sign him when he becomes a free agent. The number of backs who are at least as good as White is almost infinite. Lendale White is lucky to be playing in the NFL. Fisher's ties to SC are a large part of it. I see close to 15-20 backs a year in the college game who would be a better fit.

I say the Titans need to improve in the draft. Johnson was nice pick-up, but other high draft picks from recent years have been terrible.

I still don't understand bypassing Jay Cutler for Vince Young

So he has 1 fumble on the year ... albeit in a crucial game against one of the best defenses in the NFL... and fans want him gone?

This is why this forum is awesome.

I'm not the biggest LenDale White fan, but this is rediculous. CJ owes as much of his success to White as White does to CJ.

I am so glad someone else thinks he is worthless as well. Alge Crumpler feels terrible because he thinks it is his fault and only his. However, that isn't the case. Crumpler said that was the worst feeling he has ever had but you don't see White saying anything like that. He thinks he is great but in reality CJ does all the work. They bring in White for little runs like 1-2 yards and when they are on the goal line.

White is a very good NFL player. He had a bad game against the second best D in the league (STEELERS #1...YEA!)

Give the guy a break. Crumplers fumble lost that game. He tried hard. Crumpler tried hard and had a bad play. It happens. Get over the fact that the "best team does not always win...the team that plays the best ALWAYS wins."

Titan's had a great year. ALL of them..expect VY! they will be just fine next year!

as someone that doesn't care one way or hte other......for a big guy, he doesn't seem all that over powering. he's supposed to be of the Jerome Bettis mold.

for that to work he has to be able to average 3 yards a carry every time he touches the ball. which is to say he simply pounds people in to submission. Bettis had the benefit of quick feet, and was known as someone that wouldn't give up the ball.

White i think has some more growing up to do. but he nor CJ are an every down back. the sooner they realize that, the better off the team will be.

While he isn't a Brandon Jacobs he does fall forward while being tackled. He is a pretty physical guy, but you won't ever see him absolutely carpet someone.

Keep in mind, also, that the Raven's D matches up pretty well against a bigger slow guy... their LBs average about 255-260.

agreed on the ravens' defense. and i wouldn't compare him to Jacobs at all. BJ is faster and a whole lot harder to deal with from a power, speed and size standpoint. i don't know that anyone compares with him.

white just reminds me of a poor man's Jerome Bettis.
