:dunno: He went to trial and got acquitted by a jury. It happens everyday.

One might wonder how much he spent on his lawyers, but I doubt he payed the judge. :unsure:

I don't know that I'd go that far . . . but Leonard definitely may have some alcohol issues.

It is pretty safe to bet that if you get pulled over for drinking and driving more than once.....you have a problem. Even though they didn't convict him for the second one, he was still drinking and driving.

Wasn't Leonard a straight arrow when he was here at Tennessee?

I don't remember him being in any trouble, BUT I think I remember him being a transfer from either a JUCO or prep school, so that would indicate he probably had some academic issues early on.

Good guy at UT but appears to be drinking waaaay to much. Hopes this rings his bell and he wakes up.

I can't believe he is still allowed to even drive.

I am embarressed by his actions.

I have had family deal with DUI actions and for him to continue is absurd.
